Ajay Devgn’s ‘De De Pyaar De 2’ Set to Release on November 14, 2025
Bollywood’s beloved star Ajay Devgan is all set to return to the big screen with his much-anticipated romantic comedy sequel, “De De Pyaar De 2”, slated for release on November 14, 2025. The actor took to social media on Saturday to share the motion poster of the film, sparking excitement among fans.
The sequel brings back Rakul Preet Singh as the charming and confident Ayesha, opposite Devgn, reprising his role as Ashish—a middle-aged man caught between love and family responsibilities. The film is directed by Anshul Sharma and produced by Bhushan Kumar and Krishan Kumar (T-Series) along with Luv Ranjan and Ankur Garg (Luv Films).
Ajay Devgn shared the teaser with the witty caption:

Joining the star cast this time is R. Madhavan, adding a fresh twist to the storyline. The sequel will also feature the father-son duo Jaaved Jaaferi and Meezaan Jafri, alongside Gautami Kapoor and Ishita Dutta, promising a wholesome family entertainer filled with humor, drama, and emotion.
The original “De De Pyaar De” (2019), directed by Akiv Ali, explored a modern relationship between a 50-year-old man and a woman half his age. The film became a surprise hit for its balance of comedy and sensitivity, tackling generational and societal stereotypes around age-gap relationships. It also featured Tabu in a powerful role as Ashish’s ex-wife, whose chemistry with Devgn added emotional depth to the story.
